Russell Treadwell
Chief Executive Officer
Russell Treadwell brings 20 years of experience to Fendale Logistics beginning in Operations then moving to Business Development and Procurement. Particularly focusing on innovative supply chain solutions, offering the clients end-to-end cost savings across multiple transportation streams. He’s currently based in the Middle East Region providing an excellent knowledge of wide and varied market sectors within the regions as well as the Far East, and the Indian sub-continent.
Working within the dynamic market disruptor that is Fendale Logistics, Russell is able to express the entrepreneurial spirit required to lead and succeed whilst offering dynamic business solutions.
Chaitanya Kumar Sriramoju
Business Development Director
Chaitanya has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of logistics. He is an accomplished supply chain professional with 14 years of experience in leadership positions, successfully handling Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Warehousing and SC Management.
Based in our Dubai HQ, Chaitanya will direct the growth and success of our new UAE office. Having had great success working with such companies as Puma and Landmark Group, one of the largest retail conglomerates in the Middle East and India, accounting for over 2000 stores in 19 countries, Chaitanya will guide Fendale’s strategy in the Middle East providing our customers and new potential clients with a best-in-class service.

Alex has a strong entrepreneurial background with a vast experience in the manufacturing, retail, and logistics industries.
He launched Fendale in 2016, which has developed into a global business with offices in Asia, the Middle East, and the UK.
He has a proven track record in securing well-known brand names through reliable, flexible services, and transparent communications.
A keystone to this success is Alex’s passion for people, both staff and customers alike, with a belief that people are central to any successful long-term venture. Empowering staff and working in close partnership with customers has always been a crucial factor in making Fendale what it is.
Alex continues to drive the company strategy to grow the business and expand Fendale’s presence and services worldwide.

As a department we had multiple suppliers shipping from many different origins to a number of different manufacturing locations. We used Fendale’s FABRIK system to initially control our European fabric and trim movements – Following this success we soon also transitioned to fabrics which move throughout Asia by air and ocean. Fabrik allows us to leverage our buying power, gives us greater visibility, improved control and ultimately reduces our costs within the upstream of our supply chain.
